HUMAN ANIMAL BOND IN COLORADO LOGO

HABIC trains and supports human-animal volunteer teams to work with professionals in our community in providing animal-assisted activity and animal-assisted therapy to people of all ages. HABIC volunteers work in many places in Northern Colorado and the Denver Metro area including public schools, long-term care and rehabilitation facilities,  hospitals, hospice, mental health centers, youth corrections facilities, residential treatment centers, the Veterans Administration and other health and social services organizations in Colorado. The dogs always wear signature red bandanas when they’re “working,” which is why HABIC adopted red as their primary brand color. Aside from color, there were guidelines on how the dog should look (non-breed specific) and its posture. Below are some of the working directions I liked best.

Another fun direction that was well received but didn’t make it to the final round.
